I would like to inquire as to why the first ticket in the left only has 1 done marking and the other one in the right has 2.
These 2 tickets are of the same issue type and is using the same workflow.

The done mark with the check mark indicates the resolution.
The resolution should always be set on issues that have a done status.
As this is Jiras definition of done.
Check your workflow and see if there is a loophole to set the status done without setting the resolution, and then make sure the resolution is set on that transition.
I checked and both 2 transitions seem to be setting the resolution to done.
