I have installed Jira Software to a Windows server and I'm at the part where it requests the license and the one from the site keeps saying it is not the correct license.
did you log in to your account my.atlassian.com and confirm the SEN?
Yes I logged in and I only show one license. I read something about generating a license with the server ID but I haven't found anything on the website to actually carry that out.

if only one shows then either the SENs are invalid or maybe you have another Atlassian account or maybe something else. In any event you will need to reach out to Atlassian Support
