We are experiencing an issue with custom fields visibility in our Jira instance. As part of our Cross Team Planning, we have added several custom fields. However, other members of the team are unable to view these newly added custom fields.
Here's a brief overview of the problem:
We have verified that the custom fields are correctly associated with the relevant screens and are configured to be visible for the appropriate issue types and projects.
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue so that all team members can view and utilize these custom fields?
Can you please check your plan permissions. They may be restricted the users who can edit the plan
Plan setting > access control > Permissions
