When viewing issues in "List View", Issue Navigator Columns Drop Down menu should display full list

Problem Definition
When trying to view issues in "List View" mode, if there is too many fields in JIRA (including custom field) there is "x more option. Continue typing to refine further." as shown in the screenshot below:
Note: Users would prefer to be able to see the complete list of selected users while they are searching for other users, it's ok if the prompt showing there are more options, can be clicked to expand to show all currently selected values.
