What should be the changes to the workflow to "reopen the ticket if commented on a closed ticket"

Hi ,

Is there a way to configure a project such a way that the ticket need to be reopened once commented on a closed ticket.

This can be done by using an event listener. There is a ready one at https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/JTOOL/Auto+Transition+Listener Atlassian using this at support.atlassian.com also where you can play ping pong by just commenting on an issue
