Is there a way to get the component description to be used in component field when I am entering a ticket?
If I have a Component named: "Social Sharing" and the description is "Facebook, Twitter, Google+, EMail", is there a way for the enduser to be able to type Twitter in the component field and get a match to Social Sharing?
Otherwise the description is not as useful.
The answer is No, becuse the componet field searching is based on the componet names but not description.
The description is just for your own reference to add some related information.
