What is the recommended switching point from JIRA standalone server to Data Center

Hi All,

We have a JIRA instance that has recently crossed 1 Million issues. This is a standalone server. In the past, I remember reading somewhere that 1 million issues is what they recommend to use JIRA standalone server and beyond that JIRA Data Center. Could anyone provide me documentation link where it says the limit of JIRA Software on a standalone server.
