What happened to all the attachments during export/import?

I upgraded JIRA to a different server. After imported from my backup, I am missing all the attachments for all issues. Where are they and how to restore them?

Hi Tony,

The attachments are stored in an attachment folder under your JIRA_HOME directory (http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/JIRA+Home+Directory) and are not backed up automatically when you create a system backup, you need to manually take a copy of that directory and transfer it to the new server. http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Backing+Up+Data and
http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Restoring+Data have more details on restoring attachments.
