I attempt to set up the GitHub Enterprise integration like I normally would: I'm the owner of the GitHub Orgs that I need to access, I'm a Jira Enterprise Admin, I've set these up many times. I generate a new client secret in GitHub, create the DVCS Account using the GH client ID and Client secret.
Webhooks status still reads PENDING about 24 hours later. I've tried regenerating the secret token in the DVCS account with no luck.
Our team is also experiencing the same issue. We are using on-premise hosted Jira and are using the DVCS connector for our GitLab connector.
@Ben Radlinski have you had any luck in resolving this issue for your team?
I forgot to come back for an update, but this resolved itself overnight. I haven't had any requests for new connections since then, so I can't say if anything has changed.
I will update if I get a new request and it chokes again.

@Ben Radlinski
Any update on this issue. I observe same issue randomly.
When i try to refresh the page- often i end up with XSRF Security Token Missing. Any suggestions on this by anyone will help :)

Trishala, unfortunately I haven't seen this issue again since my last update about "waiting overnight". I have set up a couple new integrations and they worked when first created this time. Not very helpful, I know.
Is your instance behind a reverse proxy, like CloudFront? That's how our Jira DC is deployed and it will often cause random issues that don't make much sense.
