We have an organisation name xxx.atlassian.com but can't identify the admin account

When we try to register a new user on our organisation named xxx.atlassian.net, (where xxx is our organisation name) we get the message that the administrator will give access soon, but we don't know the admin address and even after looking at the many possibilities (of different email addresses) we can't identify which email address is used for the admin.

Can this be solved or have we effectively lost access to this specific Atlassian organisation?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

As an end user there is no method for you to self-serve within Atlassian Cloud to find out who the administrators of your products are.

Have you attempted to contact the technical support team of your company? Have you contacted the people who told you that you should access that site?

Have you talked to other people who have already been granted access to the site?

And are you sure that it is your company that actually created the site? Anybody can set up a site using any name, even if it is the name of a company.

If you are a small company, you can ask other users that currently have access to try to access https://admin.atlassian.com. That site is how Atlassian Cloud Organization Administrators can access information related to their Atlassian Cloud Organizations.

You can also ask the users if they have access to manage users. They can click the gear icon in the upper right corner next to their avatar to see if User Management is an option.

If none of those options help you find the Administrators, let us know, and then we can escalate your post here to the attention of Atlassian team members.
