We are using Jira version3 we want to upgarde to newer version ,is there a doc of features listing the diffrences to the newer version?

I want to present this to my Managment so that they have clear idea. could you please help me listing the fetaures and benifts to older version.

we use the jira for Issue tracking and we also follow Agile methodology.
