Way to efficiently manage commissioning of 100 individual sites

Hi guys, I have a project which includes hundreds of individual sites.  Each site will have individual tasks and bugs to be fixed. Is there any way to create efficient structure where I can put for example a new project named "Commissioning" which would have a individual sub folder/space/section for each of the 100 sites, something like this: 

Commissioning:

1. Site 001
   • Task 1
   • Task 2
   • Task 3
   • ...
2. Site 002
   • Task 1
   • Task 2
   • Task 3
   • ...
3. Site 003
   1. Task 1
   2. Task 2
   3. Task 3
   4. ...

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

With the Jira product you could create a Project called "Commissioning". In that project you can create an Epic type issue for each Site. Under each Epic you can create child Tasks for the work related to that site.

Do you know all the sites and tasks per site in advance? Does each site get the same set of tasks, initially? If so, you could consider creating a CSV file that contains the data to create each Epic and each of its Tasks, and use the CSV Import to initially populate your project. You could then continue to add custom Tasks to each Epic(site) as needed.

If you need to continue to replicate that Epic(site)/Task pattern as new sites are added to your project, there a few different ways that you can create a "template" of an Epic/Task set and make a new copy of that for each new site added to the project.
