Way to customize Project issues screen

Dear all,

I want to add "Issues by type" on the Project / Issues screen
This way we are able to see how many bugs, improvements, features, tasks ...) we have on a project.

It was possible on 3.x version through the modification of a JSP (see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-942)

Is there a new way to do it in 4.x versions ?

Yes, you able to configure the issue type per screen scheme in admin project.
