Using the hosted jira studio, is it possible to customize the issue workflow per project ?

We'd like to leverage an existing instance of hosted jira studio and customize issue workflow on an individual project basis.

Is this possible with the hosted dev suite?

You can setup workflows however works best for you and assign them to different/individual projects...the link below should cover all the details on how to set everything up:

This will work fine in hosted and JIRA Studio.
