Using multiple filters in the AIO Reports Add-On

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
A bit new to the AIO Reports Add-on, was looking for a way to have unique filters/JQL for each Axis so I could overlay my results over each other. For example, I have metrics for employees that cover 2019 and would like to have a comparison with 2020 in the same line graph. I've played around with it, but my filters are always mushed together and I do not see the option to selectively choose what is added to each Axis.
