Hi there,

I am trying to implement Jira (which our team uses a lot) into Microsoft Teams, providing that the team will be able to use Jira to its full extent through the platform. 

I have had a look online, but I want to make sure that I am doing this in the right way so I was wondering if anyone might be able to help?

You need to install the Jira Connector in MS Teams:
