User create jsm ticket it show error ( this form contains a hidden files that does not have a valid default value configured.)

As I understand your description it looks like some fields are set as required but don't have default value set. It looks like on request type customer is filling fields but some other fields are set as required and not displayed on customer request type. Please check field configuration and workflow validator on create transition.

Please go to that Request Type and check the fields where you selected a default value for a particular field then update it. It could be because the particular field value has been updated.

Could you please check if the form is attached with this request type. If yes check the form and check the fields for default field set.
