After yesterday Atlassian Crowd restarted I'm unable to synchronize the user directory on Jira.
It doesn't show any error on UI, on catalina.out no message of any problem and on atlassian-jira.log there are no traces of any problem.
The configuration on bought machines haven't change and I'm unable to check the problem.
Is there any way where I can check the log of the synchronization of the user directory ?
You should see logs related to the user directory synchronization in the jira_home/log/atlassian-jira.log.
You can try to perform a full sync in the user directory page and then check the logs again.
If you do not see anything, you can enable additional DEBUG packages from the logging and profiling page :
