Hi-
I am in the training department and we use JIRA for User questions while working a file. the team is having issues ensuring we are responding to all followup comments that appear in our email box. Are there any other alerts that JIRA has to ensure the team is following up on all comments associated with the JIRA ticket?

Hello,
You could create a filter, which would select issues, which have to be answered, and then subscribe required users to this filter. In this case these users would receive the result of the filter by mail and they would know to which issues they should respond.
