Hello,

We are looking to upgrade our current version of Jira (Enterprise Edition, Version: 3.12.3) to the latest and greatest while retaining the old data in the new version. What is a rough SWAG on the work effort involved. Before the obvious answers are given, we know each instance will vary. We are just trying to get a feel for the overall effort and if we can fit it in to our schedule. Thanks in advance!
