Unresolved Support Ticket - Jira inaccessible

Tom White February 3, 2025

Hi, we are having an issue with Jira, Confluence and X-ray testing tool. Our Products have been deactivated, I created a support ticket to re-activate over 18 hours ago. I have received no updates, and my team is unable to complete their work

Hello @Tom White

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Do you know why your products were deactivated? If so, did you resolve the issue that caused the deactivation?

We are a user community so we cannot directly do anything to reactivate your products, but we can flag your post to bring it to the attention of Atlassian team members. Their SLA for such flagging is 2 business days.

Could you provide the case number in a reply here, to assist the Atlassian team member in finding your case?

Thanks Trudy. Case number is CA-3373151. I am unable to access the products to resolve the issue, once its re-activated i can do that research

Did you receive some notice for why it was deactivated?

If it was a billing issue then you Billing Admin or Organization Admin should be able to access the subscription management options through https://admin.atlassian.com
