Unabled to edit/delete/change payment method - card

Hi, 

The problem is that we have expired card as payment method. I have the highest permission for billing (billing admin, billing account). When I tried to edit this card or add a new one, it always ends with the same result (notices down below). I tried everything, editing card, add a new one, delete and add a new one. Nothing works. Did somebody have similar issue and how did you resolve it? 
Time is running short so I would appreciate every help. Thanks!!

Notices:

"We are unable to authenticate your payment method. Please choose a different payment method and try again."
"Error processing payment method
Your payment method couldn’t be processed. Please try again or contact support."

For issues with billing and invoicing, reach out to Atlassian support directly via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and raise a request in the billing, payments and pricing category.

In the Community here, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself who can't access your environment to help you directly. Support channels should be able to help you out.

I think this question is best directed towards Atlassian Support directly. You should reach out to their billing teams via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, and they will be happy to help.

Make sure to log in with the same Atlassian Account you use to manage your instance, and provide the same details in the support ticket there.
