Unable to remove user from a group

Hi All,

I want to add and remove some users from Groups. I was able to add users but, unable to remove from Groups. Can you help me out how to achieve this.

I have admin privileges. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Per your description, I understand you are not being able to remove users from groups under your Jira administration page. Is that correct?

Can you please provide us if any errors are displayed in the atlassian-jira.log file when you try to remove your users from groups? You can check the documentation below to know how you can access this file:

If there are no logs there, I suspect you are being impacted by the bug JRASERVER-25611, described in the documentation below:

Cannot remove user(s) from certain membership(s) 

Can you please follow the diagnosis steps of the documentation, confirming if that's the scenario you are facing and following the resolution steps?

I didn't see any errors in log file relating to this. I tried the troubleshooting steps you mentioned. But no luck at all.
