Hi there,

I cannot create a workspace or a project which is not helpful as cannot create a backlog  on jira.

Are you the Jira admin?  If so can you give us a little more details?

If you are not the Jira admin you may want to chat with them and ask for permissions or what the policy is for your site for project creation.

Hi Shawn,

I dont know who the admin, have tried emailing the contact us options but heard nothing back. Any tips on how I would find out who the admin is please?
