Unable to clone an issue

After upgrading to JIRA version 4.4.3 with Greenhopper plugin we are not able to clone issues.

When trying to clone we get the followig warning:

The clone link type Cloners does not exist. A link to the original issue will not be created.

and the following error:

Exception: com.atlassian.greenhopper.service.rank.RankException: Tail entry is missing in rank table! Please update the rank table and ensure that there is exactly one issue that has no child.

Greenhopper Configuration-> project templates -> Ranking field is set up as follows:

To rank issues within GreenHopper you must have a GreenHopper Ranking field configured.

The solution was to rebuild the database with some command line commands.

Seems that you have hit into a known issue. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GHKB/The+tail+end+of+the+GreenHopper+Global+Rank+is+missing. I would suggest you to raise a ticket in https://support.atlassian.com/ and get help from the support team.
