For some reason, and I have no filters set, my JXL sheets is no longer showing the 'done' issues. They show in Jira but not JXL sheets. Please can someone urgently help?
Please check the JQL in the top position of the sheet. This JQL is responsible for finding the issues that are displayed. If your query is not "finding" tickets with status 'Done', the status column in your sheet will not have any 'Done' issues.

thank you for reaching out. As discussed in our support case (and also suggested by Dick - thank you!), the issues within a JXL sheet are determined by the sheet's sheet scope. In a project's default sheet (which is automatically created as you start using JXL within a project), this sheet scope excludes resolved issues - however you can simply change the sheet scope, or create a new sheet with whatever sheet scope that fits your use case.
