Trying to get 5.2.1 installed as we are going to upgrade from 4.2 but it appears that no services are being created so we can't get JIRA to start. Any ideas? Not had problems with the basic install in the past.

Hi, this is a known bug for JIRA 5.2.1 installer which is tracked in JRA-30756. A workaround is to install as a service manually by following this documentation.
