Hi All

In our organisation, we have developers who are shared between different projects. With jira, how can be ensure that a resource is not alloted more work that 8 hr/day.

I have tried the gantt chart plugin, but it limits the gantt chart to within the jira project. If say a developer is assigned work in three different projects, how can i track that and ensure he is not overloaded or underloaded.
