The assigner and reporter can not get the notify email when create issue, comment, resolved, closed issue .v.v.v

Please check for me. The notify system does not work

Have you assigned a notification scheme to your project? To check this, go to JIRA project administration area and check if your project is assigned to notification scheme. By default, a new project does not have any scheme associated to it.
