The Jira Server you specified requires the Trello Connector for Jira Server

Jean-Pascal Rignault July 10, 2019

Hello,

We would like to connect our Jira server to Trello. We installed the Trello Connector for Jira Server, but when we try to use it we get the following error message: The Jira Server you specified requires the Trello Connector for Jira Server".

I found a thread addressing this issue: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Can-t-Sync-JIRA-7-2-3-with-Trello/qaq-p/679185

Does anyone know what the manual step to reset the integration for the Jira Server is?

Cheers,

JPascal.

Also in this boat. I contacted support. So far their fix hasn't helped me, but in case it helps anyone else They had me:

  1. go to https://your/_JIRA_URL/plugins/servlet/applinks/listApplicationLinks
  2. Look for the Trello link (if it exists)
  3. Delete it if it does
  4. Uninstall the Trello Connector for Jira Server
  5. Install the Trello Connector once more
  6. Go back to Trello in a private window and try entering the Jira URL once more, and follow the auth flow.

Hello, I'm having the same issue but my Jira is behind a Proxy. Did you resolve your problem ?

Is the Connector through a proxy supported yet ?
