Tester not displayed in Two Dimensional Filter Statistics

Michael Zerfass October 23, 2011

Hello,

I'm facing following problem when creating "Two Dimensional Filter Statistics" on JIRA Dashboard:

following 2 columns should be used for the statistics: Status, Tester.

Unfortunately only "Status" column is displayed, "Tester" column doesn't have any entries (Tester field is set in JIRA issues). This happens also for "Reviewer"

But it works for "Reporter" and "Assignee".

Any idea whats going wrong?

Thanks, Best regards

Michael

Check the type and context of the fields. Are Tester and Reviewer single-user pickers, or multiple? (I'm not sure multiple user fields can be used in the 2d filter stats). Secondly, make sure they are valid for the project and issue types in the filter - are they shown when you view the issue navigater for that filter?

Hi Nic,

Tester and Reviewer are single-user. Both fields are displayed in Issue Navigator. It's really strange, because it works for Assignee and Reporter correctly.

Best regards

Michael

The difference between Tester, Reviewer and Assignee and Reporter is that the last one are hyperlinks to the users.

Tester and Reviewer are just a text and not links.
