Im looking at tempo reports for logged time and its showing holidays in red and non working days as greyd out. But now other person looks at the same persons report it doesnt show non-working days greyed out or holidays in red. Cant figure out why this is, any advice where to look?

When viewing the My Work view, the colors are shown for the holiday and non working days. Team leads can view the My Work view of their team members and will then be able to see the colors, depending on the users workload and holiday scheme.
The Tempo Reports view does not show this information as this view might include information for many users in different schemes and be grouped/filtered by other options than user.
