Tempo addon stopped working

My tempo time tracker suddenly stopped working a week or so ago, I have just started trying to resolve the issue.  I have removed the plugin from Chrome and reinstalled and still no luck!

The tracker appears within the time sheet screen but not against an issue which is where I would normally start the clock.

Hi Andrew,

When you are on a ticket, does Tempo show any error?
If you go to Jira settings > Add-ons > Manage add-ons, it shows that Tempo is correctly installed?
Also, are you using the new issue view?

Thank you your response, the answers to your questions below: -

  1. No tracker appears when I'm on a ticket, the only place of seen it pinned is when I'm in Timesheets.
  2. Tempo for Cloud appears in my add-ons
  3. Yes I believe I am using the new layout, although not sure how to determine which view I am using.

Hi Andrew,

Please, go to "Personal Settings" and disable the new layout, if you are using it will show that it's enabled.

On the new issue view, Tempo are not showing the same as it was on the old view, it shows on the right side:

Hi,

I have discovered what the problem is, my apologies it was a brower plugin designed to block requests from un-authorized sources!

It's all working now!
