Team managed project | kanban borad - some issues are not showing in columns

Hej Jira-community, 

few weeks ago we have migrated company-managed-project to a team-managed one; we are working now with the simple kanban board. 

We have noticed, that there is a gap between the issues listed and the issues appearing in the columns on the kanban board, but only in the three new created states (german "Im Branch", "Im Master" and "Auf Prod"). We are missing some tickets; in the other columns everything seems to be all right. 

Somebody any idea, what went wrong during the migration or by creating the new states and how we can get the missing issues to appear in the the columns?

We will be very glad to hear your thoughts on the problem.

Are all these statuses in the last column? Because if yes, then this is the expected behavior as mentioned below.

Below I have provided more information about your question:

• For company-managed Kanban project, there is Hide completed issues older than option in Board settings. You will be able to configure the time period of hiding DONE issues from the board as you wish. The default is 2 weeks. For more details, refer to Hiding completed issues.

• For team-managed Kanban project, DONE issues are automatically cleared from the board every 14 days. The project admins and Jira admins also have the options to manually clear DONE issue from the board. Refer to Clear Done issues from your board for more details.

• For company-managed and team-managed Scrum project, DONE issues will disappear from the board once the Sprint is completed.

Hi! I wanted to follow up on your response.

I'm currently using a team-managed Scrum project and can't seem to get my DONE and WONT DO items off the list. So when I complete a sprint, the done keep getting transitioned into the next sprint. I don't appear to have the option to clear them from the backlog or board and don't see any obvious settings on how to correct this.

Any recommendations?
