We have a team-managed project where in the last week or two, the status drop down (i.e., to change from To Do to In Progress) that is normally on the right side of the Issue Detail screen has moved.
For some Project level users/members, it does not show up at all (only the Actions drop down is available)
--> Users affected here can still drag and drop on the active board to different statuses, but cannot do it within the ticket itself
For some Project level admins/users, it shows up on the LEFT of the screen
--> Users affected here can change the status in the ticket because the drop down is still available on left of the Issue Detail screen and or drag and drop on the active board.
Oddly, I am the project Admin and Member but it shows normally on the RIGHT for me. I have no issues changing the status in the ticket or dragging/dropping on active board.
Is there a setting or user group that we need to review? The Jira admin we have is OOO this week.

I just got reports that the button is now available for all, but on the left.
