Task board mapping doesn't show all statuses?

We have a sub task status Open. In my task board mapping, its not listed as a status for our To Start column.

So they're not showing up on the task board?

How do I fix this?

The mappings can be easily copnfigured, can you give more information on the problem you are having?

Statuses are not specific to sub-tasks. So I am not sure what you mean by 'sub task status Open'
