×Hello,
I am a new project manager, who is not a programmer. Can I ask for the easiest way to sum up all story points estimates of tasks to epic, which does not require much coding (and if so with explicit and accurate manual where to write code)? And I need 2 numbers - one for all story point estimates of all tasks in given epic and second sum of story points of tasks which are not closed (flagged done or won't do).
Thank you very much.
Hi @Ondřej Rolník ,
no coding is necessary as you can use the built-in automation feature for this. There are a number of posts in the community that provide detailed solutions. For example, Trudy does a great job of providing the automation rule that should help you out here. Please let me know if that still leaves you with questions. However, I suggest you dive into the automation and give it a try. There may need to be a tweak here or there to meet your precise needs.
Thanks, that helped a lot, it works! And second question, is there any way to sum up just the active tasks to epic? Thus these that are not labeled "done/won't do"?
