I am running on version 6.3.12 (server version).
Any subtask tickets I create will not show in the parent ticket issue panel. Is there anything that I need to do to allow the subtask tickets to show in the issue panel of associated parent tickets?
I tried the General Configuration panel setting, and restarted the server, etc but they seems to have no effect.
They should appear as soon as they have been created. Unless
The third one should show in the logs, the other two, I'm afraid you need to go over your addon settings and check what they say - do you have any addons that might hide things? Have you turned off any modules in the system settings?
