Subtasks not showing in issue panel

I am running on version 6.3.12 (server version).

Any subtask tickets I create will not show in the parent ticket issue panel. Is there anything that I need to do to allow the subtask tickets to show in the issue panel of associated parent tickets?

I tried the General Configuration panel setting, and restarted the server, etc but they seems to have no effect.

They should appear as soon as they have been created.  Unless

  • Someone has turned off the panel in the system settings
  • You've got something deliberately hiding the panel
  • You have a problem with indexing

The third one should show in the logs, the other two, I'm afraid you need to go over your addon settings and check what they say - do you have any addons that might hide things?  Have you turned off any modules in the system settings?
