I set the actual filter view permission to public. nothing.
I set global permissions for shared filters and dashboard to public. nothing.
I edited the permission scheme to public for Browse Projects and View Aggregated Data. nothing. I have Jira Cloud Premium and that doesn't appear to make a difference.
All I want is a filter that is available to the public.
