I have a structure in an instance of enterprise Jira that includes "Advanced Roadmaps for Jira".

Currently I am grouping by "Parent Issue from Advanced Roadmaps(Portfolio) for Jira"

This works fine, and shows a heirarchy of Themes > Initiatives > Epics.....unless the initiative is completed, at which point it "detaches" them visually from the parent theme. Setting the initiative back to In Progress "reattaches" it back to the parent theme.

Any insight on why this is occurring and how to correct?

Hello @Matthew Moore

i'm not sure what you mean; screenshots would be helpful to see.
If your question is about our app Structure, and if Initiatives disappear from your structure when you change their status - perhaps there is a filter in the structure that removes issues that don't match certain conditions.

If no filters are present in the structure, then we would need to look into your setup in more detail. Please reach out to us directly at our support portal and we'll go from there.

Best regards,
