Hi,
in the customer portal there should be the button " support reply" , if the status is waiting for customer. but i can't see it. I wanted to do an automation to change the status, but I got an error. Is there something wrong with my workflow?

Transitions for service desk projects have a "Show transition in the customer portal" attribute; perhaps you just need to check that for your "Support Reply" transition.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
While editing a workflow, if you select a transition, you should see this box, which contains that attribute (at least in Jira Server).
