Hi @Priya Christy,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If the agile board if from a team-managed project, please make sure that it is configured to estimate by Story Points. This can be done from Project Settings > Features > Estimation.

If you are on a company-managed project, go to board Settings > Estimation and make sure you are on Story points.

If this doesn't help, my advice is to look for a better burndown chart on Atlassian Marketplace, as Jira's default one is quite limited.

If you consider the option of using a plugin, you could a look on our Great Gadgets app, which offers a very flexible Sprint Burndown Burnup Chart gadget that works with any type of estimates.

Hi @Priya Christy -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

For Jira dashboards, there is no built-in Sprint Burndown Gadget.

Please identify the marketplace vendor of the gadget addon you are using, and then review their documentation to learn more about its usage.

Kind regards,
Bill
