I have Crowd (3.2) configured with two directories, one from AD AZURE and the other is internal.
I also have Jira Server (7.8.2) configured with Crowd SSO.
For some obscure reason, the majority of users I create in the Internal Crowd Directory do not have the "Issues" menu in the top navigation bar. All the other users work fine.
The issue is almost the same as the one described here : link but the resolution proposed does not work for me.
any advise on how to troubleshoot this problem?
