as fyi, we have purchased JIRA software license, but no JIRA core license, now we could not create ticket in JIRA software.

You need to remove the expired evaluation license. As per Atlassian, this is by design.

Just trash the license key.

Hi @liu yifa ,

As your are using jira software, you will have the features of jira core automatically. 

Jira core is the base platform and software (agile) is extension of it. 

As per the snap shot , you have licences for 10 users, you can create the requests in the system. It may be different issue. Please check the error. It is not about license.
