I would like to know if I can change My Session time out in JIRa on Demand, it logs me out after probably 1 minute. This is bringing lots of issues with timekeeping and users being able to save work. Please advise. My URL is consultadr.atlassian.com

I was unable to duplicate the issue on your instance, and your session time-out is set at two hours. I believe you are running into an authintication issue where the system is re-authenticating you, which then signs out your current session(there are details regarding how IP addresses are used in the link above). I would recommend opening a support request so we can get some additional information from you and we can get this resolved as soon as possible.
