Service Availability

Is there any data on service availability of Studio over, say, the last year?

E.g. what has been the total time the service has been unavailable and are there any details on this (e.g. how often, time of day, average period of unavailability etc).

This information is only available to the atlassian clients - but we have it. You need to open an Issue asking for this data. ;)
