When a new user is trying to sign up at https://enyojs.atlassian.net/secure/Signup!default.jspa, the new user page isn't showing a CAPTCHA image. Checking the browser log, we're getting a 500 server error for the image. This has been happening for at least a couple of days.

This is a known bug.
Our official statement on this is:
Disable the feature altogether: go to JIRA Admin > System > General Configuration and set the CAPTCHA on signupoption to OFF. (this will cause captcha to be not required when signing up).

Its fixed but not yet deployed to OnDemand. Hopefully it will be deployed this coming weekend.
