Server error when trying to Resolve / Attach files

One user reported that she is unable to Resolve or Attach files for a specific project.

I already tried safe mode to disable plugins but problem still exists. Please advice.

Are you still facing issues with resolving or attaching files for the project? If yes, I would suggest you to reach out to the support engineers by raising a ticket in https://support.atlassian.com so they can help you to tackle this problem. Hope this helps.
