I have done a automation which sends mail to assignee one day before due date. A single assignee having multiple tickets receiving mail for different tickets according to my automation. Now I want assignee should receive single mail even if assignee had multiple tickets. How to achieve this ?
Instead of automation, have you given the filter subscription a go for this use case?
