Search History for a person who made changes to a ticket

Is there a way in JQL to search through the history of a ticket to find all tickets that has changes made to them by a user during a certain period of time?

This operator can be used with the Assignee, Fix Version, Priority, Reporter, Resolution, and Status fields only
